We are a retired non smoking adults and are looking for renting a condo with ocean view (so we can watch the sunset from our balcony or terrace) for arriving January 15th 2011 leaving April 15th 2011 - a 3 months stay.
Our budget is limited but we are looking for a complete kitchen with stove with oven and refrigerator, air conditioning preferably near town where we can walk to the sea or to town. We can consider a large studio or one bedroom unit.
Your site was given to me by Mr. Bob Ryans who owns a condo in Costa Rica.

We are interested in a long term rental, 3 bedroom, 3 bath if possible for a year contract. Reserva is our first choice or a 24 hr guarded development or house in Tamarindo. Family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teens we are students from Country Day School.
Please advise as soon as possible. We are available to view the properties you have as soon as possible, we would like to move Sept. 1st if feasible.
