Tenorio White Water Rafting
This is BIG water. Definitely.
The Pozo Azul section down the Tenorio River will challenge your eagerness of adventure and action. This exhilarating 8 miles white water rafting includes class III-IV rapids with twists, turns, drops and stunning scenery for about 2 hours down the Tenorio River located close to the city of Cañas.
At the end of the rafting trip you'll be taken for lunch to the Corobici River Restaurant.
Minimum age: 10 years old
Suggested fitness level: High. Good healthy physical condition.
Equipment: Rubber-soled shoes that can get wet, swimsuit, sunscreen lotion, hat, waterproof camera, croakies or straps (to secure glasses), money ( for incidentals and souvenirs), towel and a clothing change including shoes (for after rafting trip).
Colorado Rafting & Canopy Tour
An easy two-hour class I - II water rafting trip that will take you through exciting water breaks, rapids and beautiful natural river pools. You will be amazed by the breathtaking river canyons, water-shaped volcanic rocks and the surrounding forest as you go down the Colorado River.

A delicious lunch will be served after the rafting trip.
Then you'll be taken on an exciting canopy tour over the river to top off your day.
Minimum age: 5-years
Suggested fitness level: Moderate
Equipment: Swimsuit, water shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, waterproof camera, money (for souvenirs and incidentals) and a change of clothes.
Tempisque Floating & Canopy
Surrounded by peaceful scenery, the calm Tempisque River flows serenely through a wonderful tropical setting, perfect for a floating trip and an amazing canopy tour over the river.
You'll start your adventure with a rush of adrenaline while you swing on zip lines from tree to tree and enjoy one of the most exciting experiences in the tropical forest. Then we'll cool things down with a relaxing journey through natural wonders. Due to the calm waters (class I-II) and the beautiful scenery along the river, this easy floating is suitable for all ages and recommended for everyone who wants to enjoy not only a scenic river but a great location to observe birds, iguanas, monkeys and - if you're lucky - crocodiles.
Minimum age: Not required
Suggested fitness level: Medium
Equipment: Rubber-soled shoes that can get wet or sandals (for floating), sunscreen lotion, hat, change of clothes, camera or video, sun glasses, croakies or straps (to secure glasses), insect repellent, rain gear (rainy season), money (for incidentals and souvenirs) and a towel.
