Costa Rica / Guanacaste

The Guanacaste Area

guanacaste-beach-mapGuanacaste, the northern most Province on the Pacific Coast, is known as the dry forest. This remarkable region is low in humidity and has just 2 seasons: the Green Season, May 15th to Nov. 15th, is when we have morning or afternoon showers that clear to provide spectacular sunsets and the Gold Season, with beautiful sunny days from Nov. 15th to May 15th.

Costa Rica is often called the “Switzerland of the Americas,” a title deserving because its neutral political stance and the fact that Costa Rica has no standing military.

  1. My name is Warren Friedman,

I have a question regarding the La Jolla Ocean View Estates in the Guanacaste region.

While I did not purchase a lot thru you guys, I have talked to a couple investors who did. We were just wondering if there is a current valuation on those lots.

Could you please let me know any recent information on those lots that you might have

    Thanks
    Warren Friedman

    Hi Warren,

I’m forwarding your question to our sales department, who should be able to help you. You can also visit our “Property Collections - Lots & Acreage” page to get an idea of current market pricing.
    Thanks for your question, Susan

  2. We are interested in renting a property, either next year or in 2012 Jan, Feb, Mar for three months. In the past we have rented in Surfside, but will consider any property in the surrounding area.

We are looking for a private location, single family house/casa two or more beds, pool. We are looking at spending something in the region of $1,000 to $1,300 a month.

Can you let us know what properties you have available?

    Many thanks
    David and Janet Block.

    Hi David and Janet,
Thanks for contacting us! I’m sending you an email with information about long term rentals and some choices that may suit you. Thanks, Susan
