Hi Diana,
You’ve made a good choice! Casa Blanca is a great little house in a quiet neighborhood that’s less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Plus it has its own pool! The home has A/C but you probably won’t need to use it very often as it stays naturally cool inside. With 2 bedrooms you’ll have room for the grandkids to come visit. I’ll ask the owners what their best price is for a year long rental and let you know.
