Rates vary with occupancy and season:
Easter week (April 17 to April 24): $7,000
High Season (December 1 to April 30):
* up to 10 persons: $600 daily or $4000 weekly
* extra person up to 12 maximum: $100 per person per day
Green Season (May 1 to November 30): All rates reduced by 20%
Rainy Season (September and October): All rates reduced by 35%
Christmas week: $9,500

Hello,
I am writting to inquire about a few things on this property. Here are a few questions:
- Do all of the bedrooms have king or queen beds and private baths?
- What is the beach like? Good for surfing, snorkling, white sand, etc?
- Does this rental include use of the resort amenaties?
- Can you arrange for a chef to be hired? If so, what is the cost?
- Does this rental include a housekeeper?

Those are all great questions. I’ve sent you an email with the details, but can tell you now that Casa de Suenos is not in a resort, it is a private beach front home that just happens to have a pool table, infinity pool and lots of beach toys. We offer a concierge service that includes hiring private chefs and cooks, so look for the details about that in the email, too.
