Rates vary with occupancy and season:
Easter week (April 17 to April 24): $7,000
High Season (December 1 to April 30): up to 10 persons: $600 daily or $4,000 weekly
Extra person up to 12 maximum: $100 per person per day
Green Season (May 1 to November 30): All rates reduced by 20%
Rainy Season (September and October): All rates reduced by 35%
Christmas week (December 26 to January 3): $9,500

Thanks for interest in Casa de Suenos! Renting through Lent Eckhart is fairly easy. Once you have chosen the vacation home and your dates, we send you a contract. We do require a deposit in order to confirm your reservation. Your reservation specialist will walk you through the process and we send you a confirmation when we receive the funds.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:30 am. Generally, our homes are smoke-free. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. We ask all our guests to remember that their vacation home is, in fact, someone’s home, which has been graciously opened so that our guests may enjoy all that Costa Rica has to offer.
