This garden level condominium has two bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with a queen. A small office has a single twin bed for maximum occupancy of 7. Each bedroom and the office has its own private bath with tub and/or shower. The unit has a large, modern kitchen, dining room, living room and private walk out terrace overlooking the Golf Course and Pacific Ocean.

During your stay at Villa 14, you can stroll down white sand beaches, relax by the largest fresh water swimming pool in Central America, enjoy the Beach Club pools, restaurant, spa and fitness center, play a round or two on the championship Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones II and view magnificent sunsets over the Pacific Ocean from your own private terrace. For those who are interested, an all inclusive package for the hotel and its amenities is available through the resort.

Villa 14 is a centrally located condo where you can easily day trip to adventure tours of active volcanoes, hot springs, white water rafting, scenic river or sunset cruises, canopy tours, ATV adventures and horseback riding on the beach. All water sports are available at the Reserva, including world class surfing and deep sea fishing.

Our Bougainvillea condominium is in a gated, secure property only a 45-minute drive from the Liberia International Airport or a 4-hour drive from San Jose via the new Taiwan bridge. Regional flights are available to Tamarindo Airport, which is a short 20 minute drive away.

Located on the Pacific Ocean in Northwest Costa Rica’s Gold Coast, the unit offers sun-filled days and starry evenings for fun and relaxation. You can enjoy the amenities of the 5-star Paradisus Playa Conchal resort with free shuttle service from your front door to the entire resort and Beach Club.

Minimum stay is 5 days. For Christmas and Easter, minimum stay is one week.

Reduced rates are available for long term stays of 3 months or more.
