Bedroom Features
The upstairs bedrooms have views of mountains, golf course and partial view of ocean from master and are completed with tropical hardwood floors, air conditioning, fans, recessed lighting, custom woodwork and full privacy draping. Downstairs bedrooms feature a poolside location, with private patio areas, ceramic tile flooring, air conditioning, fans, recessed lighting, custom woodwork, and privacy draping.

Bathroom Features
All baths have custom ceramic tile and top of the line fixtures. The Master bath has a solid wood vanity with marble top and double sink, private closet and dressing area. Downstairs guest bathrooms feature custom ceramic tile throughout, showers, solid wood vanities with marble tops, private closets with dressing areas. One bathroom has been enlarged to accommodate a wheelchair.

Kitchen Features
The large kitchen has recessed lighting and fans, black granite countertops, custom cedar cabinetry with stainless steel drawer pulls, glass inserts in the wall cabinets and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, electric range with hood, dishwasher, and microwave.  There is also a large pantry/storage adjacent to the kitchen. For your convenience, there is a pass-through counter to the social area and a door leading directly to the pool and terrace.

The Great Room
One of the most impressive features of the house, the Great Room has 30′ high ceilings featuring tropical hardwood beams. Upon entering, you'll be struck by the impressive floor to ceiling glass walls that run the full length of the room, only interrupted by a second floor balcony accessed by a beautiful tropical hardwood stairway. This stairway  leads to the upstairs bedrooms  and opens onto an outdoor balcony that offers great ocean and sunset views and provides access to the master bedroom. The great room includes the a formal dining area for 8 and a social area with sofa, chairs, coffee table and entertainment center.

The Outdoor Social Area, Pool and Sun Deck
The outdoor social area is directly adjacent to the great room with access to the kitchen via a service counter and is fully covered, enclosed on three sides and faces the pool with a view of the golf course. Outdoor lounging furniture is provided for evening gatherings, informal meals and afternoon lazing.

The pool is approximately 10′ x 14′ x 4′ deep and features glass tile surfaces and an infinity edge. The surrounding sun deck as well as the social area is tiled with a beautiful Perlato limestone. Adjacent to the sundeck is an outdoor shower.

The Villa includes a washer and dryer, parking for 3 vehicles on site, internet access and cable TV, fully landscaped yard, and security storage.
