Casa Colibri has a modern contemporary design that fits perfectly into its environment and complements the terrain. Set on the north ridge in Playa Flamingo, this spacious home is framed by the hills behind and gazes over the vast Pacific Ocean and Potrero Bay.
At the entrance next to the carport is a guard house with live, 24 hour live-in security.
As you enter the main level you’ll be greeted by cool porcelain tile floors that lead you through the main living area appointed with comfortable contemporary furnishings, a gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a dining area has a large glass top table that seats six. From there you’ll find a large balcony beyond the walls of glass that open to let in the cool sea breezes. In a quiet corner off the living room is the master bedroom suite with private bath. There is also a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer.
Downstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, also with private baths, and plenty of closets to store your suitcases, golf clubs, surfboards and other vacation gear. From here you can exit the home and enjoy the covered outdoor entertainment area next to the infinity edge pool. This level has ample lounge furniture, another glass top dining table for 6 and a barbeque area with a large gas grill, sink and refrigerator under the granite counter top bar.
A sturdy staircase leads down to a secluded “wet sand” beach, perfect for low tide swimming and exploring.
