While Casa Piedra is fully air-conditioned, the stone covered exterior that gives this cute vacation home its name also helps to keep the interior cool. The main house claims the central portion of this 2 acre property, and holds a spacious kitchen with exotic granite countertops and modern appliances that opens up to the living room / TV room that opens to the ocean view across the terrace. Slate floors and ample windows integrate the central room with its external features and amenities. There is a large covered patio next to the pool with ample seating for all and an outdoor dining table. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bath and 2 of the bedrooms have stunning ocean views. There is also a separate casita which has one bedroom and a private bath.
At the far end of the terrace is an infinity pool which brings the ocean to the privacy of the home. The pool, with Jacuzzi jets, offer a soothing atmosphere where you can feel the benefits of being pampered by nature. There is an additional cooking area with two BBQ sets which is located outside the kitchen of the main house and a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The on-site staff will look after your every need.
