Step off your terrace and enjoy the beautiful grounds, stroll along the beach and feel the ocean breezes, laze by the pool and soak in the suns rays or simply sit on your terrace and watch the most magnificent sunsets. It is all here waiting for you. Out the front gate spans the waters of Playa Potrero – one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica. Walk its smooth sands around to the Marina and Flamingo.
Pacific Beach Condo 8 has comfortable furnishings, cable television , broadband internet, a telephone for local calls and air-conditioning throughout. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full-size stove and dishwasher, so you'll never want for anything. The 2 bedrooms have queen beds and both bathrooms are fully equipped with shower, hot water and plenty of towels.
The Guanacaste region has one of the largest infrastructures for a beach community resort area. There are a vast selection of water spots available, horseback riding, canopy tours, fishing, along with a variety of Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Gift Shops, etc.
If you would like to bring your pet, one small dog may be considered on a case by case basis. A refundable $100 pet deposit is required.
