Set along the 10th fairway of the award winning Garra de Leon Golf Course in Reserva Conchal, you can enjoy a morning dip in the pool, then a round of golf, then return in time to relax in the jacuzzi with a cold beverage while enjoying a stunning sunset before heading to the Beach Club for a delicious gourmet dinner.

After parking under the double car port, you'll pass through a  courtyard with a lush tropical garden  and enter Villa Carao 8 on the top level through a beautifully carved hardwood door. Throughout the home are cool tile floors and hardwood ceiling beams that are complemented by the tropical earth-tone colors and furnishings. The villa is equipped with central air-conditioning and also has a phone line, cable TV and WiFi internet.

From the entry, the Great Room opens before you. This is an open and airy space that flows naturally onto a covered balcony with overstuffed furniture chosen specifically to help you relaxe while you enjoy the spectacular golf course and ocean views. Back inside, the living area also has comfortable furniture that is placed to enjoy both the views and the flat screen cable TV, iPod dock and DVD player. There is a dining area adjacent to both the living area and kitchen, with a hardwood dining table and seating for 6. Behind the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bath for guests.

The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, natural stone backsplashes and hardwood cabinets. Appliances include:

The 2 bedrooms on this upper level are luxurious and comfortable with hardwood furniture and top-of-the-line linens.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own private balcony and an en-suite bath with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a roomy walk-in closet with a safe for your valuables. The upstairs guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a private bath with  double sinks, a tub and separate shower.

Downstairs is the 3rd guest bedroom, furnished with 2 double beds and its own private bath with a single sink, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This bedroom has sliding glass doors that open onto the terrace and pool with jacuzzi. Next to this bedroom is a study that opens onto the covered outdoor dining area. There is a half bath attached to the study that can also be accessed from the outdoor entertainment area.

Villa Carao 8 sits on the 10th fairway of the award-winning 71-par championship Guerra de Leon Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Each nine meanders through the rolling terrain with breathtaking ocean views for a challenging and enjoyable eco-golf experience. Lakes and ravines accentuate the course, placing a premium on tee shots and accurate approach shots to the manicured Bermuda grass greens. Local wildlife can be seen enjoying the greenery and water features. There is a complete practice facility, driving range, club storage or rental, golf lessons and a clubhouse with a pro shop.
