You’ll find cable television with a VCR and DVD/CD player in the great room, a pool with spa just outside and air-condtioning throughout. The home is beautifully furnished and all linens and kitchenware are included. Villa Escondida features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with two master suites and 2 guest rooms that fan off a central hallway designed to give privacy to each suite.

As you enter the home you'll be greeted by the great room just a few steps below, with walls of glass that capture the expansive views and lead to the outdoor living area next to the pool. To your left is a bathroom tucked away for privacy and one of the bedrooms. To your right is the hallway that leads to the Master suite with private balcony and the other bedrooms and bath.

As you descend into the great room, you'll pass the kitchen on your left and a large pantry and storage area to your right. The  great room has comfortable furniture arranged around a huge entertainment center with lots of bookshelves and storage space. Behind the living area is a large dining area with ample seating. The layout encourages social interaction by allowing guests to gather around the kitchen, enjoy the living space or dine while taking in the views.

This luxury home has air-conditioning throughout, cable television and high speed internet. Outside, there is a wrap around deck for entertaining pool side and a gazebo where meals can be served out of the sun.
