Originally built in 1970, Villa las Palmas was the first modern home in Flamingo and has been extensively renovated to update the amenities while still retaining its architectural integrity. The Villa sits on an extra large 1 1/2 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The succesful remodeling offers clients first quality appointments throughout. All the rooms are large and airy with high Guanacaste wood ceilings.
