Casa Liza is 1,800 square feet of concrete block and steel construction with a terra cotta tile roof. The entire property is fenced with a concrete wall so the children and pets can play safely in the ample yard. Art Deco style wrought iron adorns the street-side wall and creates the doorway for your guests and the entrance to the car port. The interior is fully air-conditioned, has a whole-house alarm system and comes with a telephone, cable television and internet.
Inside you'll find an open living space with a vaulted ceiling and lots of windows for natural light. The space includes a real cook's kitchen, with the perfect triangular set-up of stove-sink-fridge, plus granite counter tops, tons of storage space, a microwave, a breakfast bar island, a dining nook and stainless steel appliances that include:

The large 540 sq. meter (5,812.5 sq. foot) lot also has a kidney-shaped pool with waterfall and its adjacent octagon-shaped tropical gazebo is electrified, making it perfect for evening entertaining.
