As you approach Casa Playa Blanca on your arrival you are welcomed by the inlaid stone dolphins and driftwood sign to the gated entrance and driveway. The house retains Costa Rica's "Pura Vida" (pure life) ambiance upstairs with a variety of native hardwoods, while undergoing a complete modern renovation of the entire downstairs living area. You're sure to love the friendly staff. Evelyn is the housekeeper (with a talent for manicures) and her husband "Junior" takes care of the grounds Monday to Saturday.

The property includes a grass back yard area surrounded by a tropical forest great for viewing a variety of Costa Rican wildlife such as Howler Monkeys and many species of tropical birds, flora and fauna.

Flamingo Beach Village is within walking distance where you will find restaurants, groceries, salon, disco, casino, bank, pharmacy and medical clinic. Flamingo also boasts the areas largest sport fishing, sailing, diving and water sports fleet with near-by surfing for all your ocean enjoyment.

Method of Payment:

Reservation and payment options - 50% deposit of the total rental rate required to secure reservation. Remaining 50% due 40 days prior to arrival via wire transfer or check (Bank clearance 30 days in Costa Rica).

Please note that for all wire transfers a bank fee must bee consider (10.00 up to $1499 and $20 over $1500).

Damage and telephone deposits require in cash upon arrival and refundable at time of departure.

We also offer the service of PayPal Secure Credit Card Payments plus a service charge upon the rental rate, eliminating the high costs of wire transfers and expediting your secure reservation.

Cancellation policy Under 60 days noticed a 50% of the deposit it is refundable. Under 30 days noticed a 25% of the deposit it is refundable.
