Located in Playa Prieta just a few minutes from the beach, this beautiful home has a spectacular view overlooking Flamingo, Potrero and the Catalina islands.

Owners have spared nothing to make it the villa you always dreamed of renting, and was designed as a family vacation retreat to be enjoyed by all ages. The villa can comfortably accommodate large groups or small intimate parties. Four of the six bedrooms each have a queen size bed and a twin bed, the other 2 bedroom have queen size beds. All of the rooms have a small terrace to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view and sunsets.

As you enter the house you will feel the warmth and colors of Costa Rican woods as they are used throughout. The high ceilings, cabinets, and some of the flooring are made from plentiful woods of the area. The house is decorated with paints and art work of Costa Rica.

The house is also equipped with a Media room and a Play room where you will find a Ping pong table, pool table and a mini soccer display (Futbolin).
