Holiday Weeks (Dec. 22 - Jan. 5, March 15 - 22)	$2,600 USD per week
High Season (Dec. 1 - Apr. 30)	$1,200 USD per week
Mid Season (Jul. 1 - Aug. 31)	$1,100 USD per week
Low Season (May 1 - June 30, Sept. 1 - Nov 30)	$1,000 USD per week

Rates based on 6 person occupancy. - All rates subject to 16.3% sales and tourism taxes.

Reservation and payment options: 50% Deposit Required to Secure Reservation.
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival via: Wire Transfer or cheque. (Bank Clearance 30 days in Costa Rica)
Please note: A Bank Fee for receipt here must be added. $10.00 up to $1499 and $20 over $1500.
Damage/Telephone Deposits - Cash on Arrival – refundable at time of departure.
Credit card payment available thru Pay pal plus a 7% service fee.
Cancellation policy: not refundable under two week notice, Under 30 days, 25% refundable. Under 60 days, 50% refundable, 100% refundable prior to 61 days notice.

Payments plus a service charge on rental rate, eliminating the high costs of Wire Transfers and expediting your secure reservation.
