Twin Dolphins is a brand new building with a nice design right on the beautiful beach of Playa Potrero. On the north pacific coast of Costa Rica.

Picture yourself in a vacation in a beautiful and comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1400 square feet beach front condo. You could walk off your terrace and enjoy the beautiful grounds, stroll along the beach and feel the ocean breezes. Or perhaps simply lie around by the pool and enjoy the sunshine.

The condo is located in playa Potrero, one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica with a gentle slope and warm water. This region has one of the largest infrastructures for a beach community resort. There is a vast selection of water sports available, horseback riding, canopy tours, fishing, along with a variety of Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Gift Shops, etc.

Amenities include:

Common Area: Great outdoor swimming pool and green yard with a private path to the ocean.
Dinning Area: Enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner while you admire the beautiful ocean views and sunsets at the terrace, or inside your apartment with pleasant air-conditioning.
Kitchen: Granite countertops, high grade wood cabinetry, fully equipped kitchen with all American appliances. (Fridge, toaster, coffee maker, blender, stove with oven and more).
Main bedroom: Queen Size bed in the master bedroom, with private bathroom.
Guest bedrooms: 2 Twin size beds and one queen size bed
Guest bathrooms: Full bathroom
Pool: Outdoor swimming pool in common area
Laundry room: full sizes washer and dryer.

Parking: for one vehicle, off the street parking
Security: 24 hour security system, night guard and gardener during the day.
Maid service: Maid service twice a week, 4 hours a day.
Air condition and fans: Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, fans generously installed inside and out.

TV: 29 inch flat screen TV with Cable.

Others: lounge chairs at the swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun and ocean.

Reservation and payment options: 50% Deposit Required to Secure Reservation.
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival via: Wire Transfer or cheque. (Bank Clearance 30 days in Costa Rica)
Please note: A Bank Fee for receipt here must be added. $10.00 up to $1499 and $20 over $1500.
Damage/Telephone Deposits - Cash on Arrival – refundable at time of departure.
Credit card payment available thru Pay pal plus a 7% service fee.
Cancellation policy: not refundable under two week notice, Under 30 days, 25% refundable. Under 60 days, 50% refundable, 100% refundable prior to 61 days notice.

Payments plus a service charge on rental rate, eliminating the high costs of Wire Transfers and expediting your secure reservation.
