Playa Conchal is a two-mile long stretch of beautiful, glistening white sand and finely crushed shells. Wonderful for swimming and snorkeling on a volcanic reef at the north end, the beach is truly a jewel. Reserva Conchal can provide a variety of equipment to make your day on Playa Conchal complete. Dozens of other equally spectacular beaches are within 30 minutes of the property such as Playa Brasilito, Potrero, Flamingo, Playa Grande, Tamarindo and many more.
Reserva Conchal Golf Club features a par 71, championship 18 hole layout designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The course winds through the jungle with dramatic ocean and mountain views. Dozens of varieties of tropical flora and fauna including iguanas, flamingos and howler monkeys are regular (and sometimes very vocal) members of the gallery. The Club also features a full service golf shop, and an expansive practice area with separate driving, chipping and putting facilities.
Villa FinLuna is a hacienda style prevalent in Guanacos emphasis placed on light and views of the spectacular mountains, golf course, lagoons, and of course the pacific ocean.

The great room includes the formal dining area with seating for 8 and a social area with sofa and chairs. The great room is one of the most impressive features of the house with 30' high ceilings featuring an abundance of tropical hardwood beams. Upon entering the great room, one is confronted with floor to ceiling glass the full length of the room only interrupted by a second floor balcony connecting the upstairs bedrooms and open to below. This balcony, accessed by a beautiful tropical hardwood stairway, spills onto a paralleloutdoorbalcony that offers great ocean and sunset views, and provides access to the master bedroom.The Outdoor Social Area, Pool and Sun Deck
The outdoor social area is directly adjacent to the great room with access to the kitchen via a service counter and is fully covered, enclosed on three sides and faces the pool with a view of the golf course. Outdoor lounging furniture is provided for evening gatherings, informal meals and afternoon lazing. The pool is approximately 10' x 14' x 4' deep and features glass tile surfaces and an infinity edge. The surrounding sun deck as well as the social area is tiled with a beautiful Perlato limestone. Adjacent to the sundeck is an outdoor shower.Other Features
The Villa includes a washer and dryer, parking for 3 vehicles on site, internet access and cable TV (coming 2008), fully landscaped yard, and security storage.Activities within Reserva Conchal
There are a multitude of activities within the resort that are easily accessed and are available to the guests at Villa FinLuna including; Golf (featured in the Introduction page), tennis, the resort pool, restaurants, snack bars, spa/workout area, casino, nightclub, zip line, hiking within the reserve, and excellent programs for small children through teenagers including a separate child daycare facility and family pool area. Starting in 2008, Guests at Villa FinLuna will have access to the new Catalinas Beach Club, a full service beach club, health club and spa exclusive for homeowners and their guests.

Kitchen/dining room - all dishes, silverware, glassware, linens, cooking utensils, pots and pans and cooking accessories such as aluminum foil, cooking oil, spices, etc.
Pool area- pool towels, lounges, sunscreen and insect repellent, outdoor shower soaps and shampoos.
There are bicycles, snorkeling gear and other toys for the beach and pool.
If you have any special requests, our concierge service can provide for those needs. You can also have the Villa pre-stocked with food and beverages simply by providing the Concierge with a list of desired items.
